I'd say we do Rexi vs the 2 bio's, and mig an I vs teno and goku, since Rexi likes to use his bio by himself as to not make things complicated since its a Minato bio.

Well it helps to pick location, The battlegrounds, Any defences valid in that area etc etc.
Also directly south would mean you circled the globe to reach us.

I would suggest saying west, Otherwise it will take longer for you to arrive.

Just wanted to reply to this, Yes you can....Which is why Minato is able to sense danger through his seal before jumping to it, He can also sense when his seal is in transit as shown both in the kakashi gaiden arc, The first usage allowed him to teleport behind the Iwa ninja safely, The second allowed him to know that kakashi had thrown his S/T kunai and realized he needed help.
You should really know all this since your using the bio.
