We pretty much already saw how this fight went down minus the Rinnegan, so Minato without any distractions could more than likely take him out. We saw how he stole the Kyuubi away from him with his sealing jutsu, and Minato being a master tactitian he could figure out the strengths and weaknesses of the Rinnegan, also something to point out, we haven't even seen Obito use his Rinnegan that i can recall...sooo yeahhhh..

Obito can barely use Rinnegan, so I'd have to say Minato.

If Obito has the same abilities as Nagato/Pain, then I would say Obito. Kurama is just overkill.

Obito for 16 years has gotten much stronger, Minato on the other hand for 16 years has done nothing. Oito takes it.

Obito has no feats with rinnegan that prove a harm to Minato, will be the same as the last fight.

Obito loses kyubi control, gets marked, THIS time Minato kills him because theres no village to protect.

Well sharingan Obito got defeated by Minato, but the Kyubi was still (pretty much) the cause of Minato's death. Rinnegan Obito means that Minato also has to deal with Gedo Mazo jumping around.

Rinnegan is stated to allow you to use the power of the six paths..so add Kyuubi and Minato loses low diff.
