There is a problen though. Obito had a Tribal Mask on when he was shown against Minato and also when meeting Itachi. The Swirl Mask came after the Tribal Mask:

Wouldn't he wear the Spiral Mask FIRST and ONLY if he was paying tribute to Tobi? And also Tobi got introduced to us as the goofy Tobi we see here but Obito was just wearing the Spiral Mask and not the suit.

Kisame stated that Tobi had skills and wasn't that easy to kill after he got blown up by Dedaira. That means that Tobi was actually still alive around that time. After that we see Tobi talking to Pain while changing his clothes and he's nothing like the goofy Tobi at that point anymore he's acting all serious. So if Tobi died from Dedairas explosion wouldn't it make more sense to wear the Swirl Mask now than rather before? This is the confusing part.

He has started to explain the whole Obito issue - you have got to give him time to do that. He can't cram all the information in one chapter, he needs to build it up.

The mask was probably inspired by that weird Zetsu guy. As for the black part, that will maybe be explained later. But again, you have to give him time.
A few weeks ago, the base was in an uproar because it turned out it was Obito and people were complaining about the lack of information. Well, he has started to give the information now.
Instead of already jumping to conclusions and making threads that there is a contradiction, please wait until we get the rest of the information.
