this is a weak arguement i dont know how familiar u are with genetics but is very common for a child to possess a reccesive phenotype (aka a trait not seen in either parent)

but you could say naruto's team has kakashi's team personality:
kakashi = Sasuke until obito dies.
Obito = Naruto very loud and always talking saying that he will surpass kakashi/sasuke .
Rin = Sakura in abilities and her liking for kakashi/sasuke but rin's a bit nicer then sakura.

i remembered when they did a flashback of the third being told he would be hokage they show his team. guess who is team mates looked like? konohamaru's friends/teammates so thts another showing of family team.
