amatertsu is the 1st obvious one kaumi look how obito and kakashi have used it to save themselves. Tsukiyomi happens in three seconds yet it feels like 3 days 72 hours i believe he said koto controls you so you dont even know your being controlled. Now finally on to sussano people are underestimating how fast this techniuqe turns on,

I think these techniques take a small amount of time to form on the target, which explains how A dodged Amaterasu and B had enough time to put a tentacle in-front of his face to block Amaterasu.

i agree with the thread starter. u c amaterasu is instant bt 1 has to focus his eye. So if u r too fast u may avoid it like the fastest nin. nd Sasuke could do.

Amaterasu and Susano'o have been dodged, so those aren't instant, Tsukuyomi however...

Kamui (Kakashi's version) and Tsukyomi are instant. Susanoo probably is instant, though we've only seen Itachi doing it instantly.
Amaterasu and Obito's Kamui are not.
