Re: One does not simply walk to the borders...
Well, judgement really means not being biased. If they are given such status to "judge" they naturally abide by the rule. And your duty is to believe in that. I would've lost if a high ranked sensei said so. Its a game, not life on line that upon their decision I will be a complete looser. It would just mean I couldve done better.

I'm sorry but you dont get to dictate who you do or do not fight when you are the attacking village. Zoro is occupied with Erzo until a judgement is rendered.
Mugen vs Pervy = Fair.
Mathias vs Rag = More than fair, Rag being the more experienced.
Hazama vs Lesche/Zephr = We have fought on equal terms before, and I would like to do so again, but as he doesnt wish to fight (He vmed me) then that spot goes to someone else.
=====================================
Mugen vs House = didnt House leave the RP anyway? And since when is he in Suna? Coulda sworn he was in Ame. Even still, you arent going to occupy one of our strongest members with House while you and rag simply sit on the sideline. And no, I'm sorry, if Rag's bio is going to be used, then Rag needs to be here. That would be like me using Muten Akira's bio, who is currently rather inactive to fight and only I would be posting and only you would be posting.
SY Rules state that both members must be present, alternating control of both bios. So either Rag posts or do not include him in the battle, and Mathias can go on to fight someone else.
Mathias vs Gaara = Really? Im not even gonna comment.
Wesobi vs Blizzard = Not bad, but still you dont get to dictate IWA's battle strategy.
=============
If we were to go to Suna and was like hey, I dont want to fight this guy, I want him instead, would you honestly let us fight who we wanted? No didnt think so.
Everything you said makes sense, but I'm fighting Daemon, it's Kryptiic that's fighting Zoro, also Gaara only has one biography, and he's using that to fight Scaze.

Link to SY's war rules please?
Also, that just supports what I said, you're fighting Scaze, so you shouldn't be paired up to fight Mathias or whoever Pervy wanted you to fight.

Hardly like i can have -Minato- Judge a fight of mine when neither of us like each other, He will obviously look for any fault he can in my move, I mean i have been told what he wrote, I mean would kind of negate the point of armor if it killed me you know? >_>
and spamming it without consiquence negates the point of it being a forbidden rank ability with high damage to your own body

You haven't done anything, so you're not in a fight.
But should you do anything, your opponent is on standby.

Re: One does not simply walk to the borders...
(Raiton: Aian Itten no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Ion Particle Armor
Rank: Forbidden
Type: Defence
Range: -
Chakra Cost: 55 (+20 each turn active)
Damage Points: - (-40 to the user when armor is activated, -5 damage per turn, whilst active, +20 to all Lightning Jutsus, -10 from any Lightning Jutsu)
Description: The user gathers all positive electrically charged Ions in the nearby enviroment, creating an ultimate armor of Lightning that is capable of rejecting all positive and negative electrons that are coming in touch with them.The user's speed increases to Lee's 3rd Gate speed and his general competence in Lightning attacks increases.Each turn the armor is active, the ions zap the user's skin causing discomfort while he moves around.The first time the armor is activated, it slightly burns the surface of the skin.
- Once the armor is deactivated, it cannot be activated for the rest of the battle.
- May be taught only by Shigure.
Because its about the 5th or 6th time this technique has been reported to us, we decided to explain the limits of its use and what it is. Yes, its a custom but our interpretation of it is what will guide and restrict its use.
Damage:
Yes you take damage per turn, weakening as each turn goes by. This is valid for points like stamina, endurance, resistance, mental capacity, etc. All of which are affected by stamina and energy. This damage however, doesn't provoke you pain as the lightning from the description, zaps you, basically jolting you but only giving you minor "tiggling" sensation. But the damage is there and is felt. And lets be honest, by the description and amount of damage, after 6-10 turns of this technique active you are pretty much turned into a crispy toast., even if it doesn't say so in the technique. You take a direct B-Rank damage when you activate it and constant damage afterwards so that can't be ignored.
Defensive Capability:
While the name says Armor and the type is "defensive", there are limits to what it can do. While an Earth attack may not damage you directly, you're still affected by its physics and kinetic energy. Now, what about the rest? Anything forbidden cancels the armor and S-Rank Wind. It has no genjutsu defensive abilities so if you are put under a forbidden rank genjutsu or a simple mind manipulation Sharingan Genjutsu, the technique is deactivated. And again, don't think you aren't affected by the kinetics and force of the techniques that hit you. You are. Also, we figured that techniques that hit it will progressively weaken the armor, mainly because you are being weakened as well as its active. Also, this doesn't add damage to Taijutsu, thus this doesn't defend you from enemy physical attacks as it doesn't hurt who touches you offensively, meaning it doesn't hurt who touches you defensively either. otherwise it would boost the damage of Taijutsu. Also, a side note, chakra absorbing techniques like bugs or sealing techs or other variations may also weaken or end the armor.
Speed:
While you may run at speeds of rock lee in 3rd gate, don't think for a second your mind is capable of processing such speed or information. Perhaps it can in the first one or two turns but as the damage to your body progresses, so thus your agility and your physical abilities. You become less precise and more "rough", loosing in precision what you have in raw burst speed. And no handseal movement is boosted. And no, you can't track faster targets than you could already track.
Now, this was revised by me and Caliburn after the last PM sent to us regarding your use of that Technique Rexii. I, as the current head of Customs, talked to Caliburn, vice-boss of the RP (lol) and we decided that the first step was to explain the boundaries of the technique and what you can or can't do with it. Next step can go from editing the technique directly or declining it altogether. All depends on its uses from this point forward so be mindful of that.
This was the only issue i came here to address as it was the only one reported to us. Take care and have fun in the war.
