Don't flame me because this is a legit plot hole. How the hell is Itachi using Susano without Mangekyou Sharingan?

I disagree with that in Sasuke's last moments before getting Itachi's eyes he used Suasno with MS Activated.

Sasuke eye's were done and couldn't maintain his susano.

You don't see his Susano still activated like Itachi's do you?

He went blind. Watch the episode when Sasuke first arrives and Itachi starts asking what Sasuke can see with his eyes...it shows us Itachi's perspective and you can barely make out anything.

it's not like Orochimaru was particularly silent.... he could had heard him. and stabbing all that thing that came out of Sasuke's shoulder should not had been all that hard.

then the plot hole is how Sasuke could not maintain his Susanoo, but Itachi could. since, Itachi's fight came first then his cannot be the plot hole Sasuke's is.

The answer is simple. In terms of plot, starting to go blind trumps showing his MS. So since Kishi wanted to clearly show him going blind, he made it clear it was happening. Again, in terms of plot, showing his eyes hazing out trumped showing his MS.

It's not a plothole at all. Before using Susano'o, you can still see Itachi's MS on the Tsukuyomi eye and a red iris on the Amaterasu eye as an indication he was almost completely blind. Once activating Susano'o, both eyes were just red irises as an indication he was almost completely blind. His susano'o even reverted back into an earlier form as he neared his death and blindness. But his willpower allowed him to keep Susano'o up and he poked Sasuke, before finally succumbing to his illness and he died.
