Onoki starts off by performing 2 hand seals whilst releasing his chakra into your brain and disrupting your chakra flow. By doing this, he catches you in a genjutsu which delays any action you perform by 2 seconds, this delay affects any sort of movement or jutsu that you do. In your eyes, you will think you're doing it right away, but whatever you do is actually delayed by 2 seconds.

Description: The user will cast a genjutsu towards the opponent by disrupting their chakra flow in their brain. The user will simply point towards the opponent and make a single hand seal Tiger → Boar to put them under this genjutsu. While the opponent is under this genjutsu, any action performed will be delayed by two seconds. Rather it's a jutsu, any form of taijutsu, or even running. The person under this genjutsu, they will think that they are performing the action right away but may not notice what is actually happening.Whatever is performed it will be delayed by two seconds.

Straight after doing that, Onoki knows you're not aware that you're in a genjutsu and he also knows that anything you do will be delayed by 2 seconds, so he uses one of the quickest lightning jutsus he knows, and without wasting a second, he releases a quick bolt of lightning which he aims to strike you in your head. This should be -correct me if I'm wrong- powerful enough to kill you or at least knock you unconscious.

And since the jutsu is so fast that it almost finishes in conjunction with the users previous jutsu, it'd happen straight after my genjutsu, giving you little to no time to defend from it.

When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

As you're falling to the ground from being knocked unconscious/dead, I release my Earth chakra into the ground short range below you and get multiple sharpened pillars of Earth come out of the ground all around you, striking you with the sharp ends from every angle of your body, making multiple holes in your body, leaving you with no chance of surviving, if you weren't already dead.
