Okay so I believe the swirly dude to be goofball tobi. BUT, kishi poroved that he is indeed NOT a good boy. If you didn't see it, look again, but swirl guy accutually flips off Obito, henceforth, Swirl dude is a BAD BOY! *sprays with bottle*
I'd also like to highlight: What the hell is this guys obsession with shit?!! I mean come on! He's like a toddler! Further proof that for the idiot chapters, swirl dude was driving. What do you think?
