All non Iwarians who try to channel their chakra into the earth will have their chakra immediately canceled out and absorbed by the Earth. This includes trying to use techniques that allow an opponent to travel underground or through the ground by any means.

Blizzard, after taking care of one of his opponent heads towards the center core of battle ground. And what he sees there is his rival, it was clear at that moment that they will settle it today and now! Blizzard wearing his attire as described in biography, and wielding his legendary sword; The Frozen Fang.

Blizzard: Well well, isn't this the "little one". Its time I guess, lets get the show started.

Description: This sword is developed with Ice chakra. Some Myths state that this was made by the Angels themselves and gifted to Earth. The sword is 2 Meters long and shaped like a Persian Scimitar. It is sharped edged at the bottom and top. Some carvings are also done on one side of it which says "The Frozen Fang".
Sword's speciality is that it has abundant flow of chakra and is able to communicate with its user like Samehada. Since the sword's blade is made out of ice it can be sliced, melted or shattered with Earth, Fire and Lightning chakras but if a constant flow of chakra is remained with the handle it has the ability to regenerate its ice blade. The regeneration of ice blade can also be done through barriers, for example; if the sword is thrusted in a wall its ability allows it to form on the other side given that there is direct contact between the user and the sword, and between the sword and the object. Sword's language is more like a whistle and it happens when the chakra is flowed through it. It indeed has cutting power of an S-ranked wind chakra and is able to extend to mid-range if the chakra is flowed through it.

I didn't quite get the vague description of your genjutsu or its use, so what I got is you asked questions which was actually another jutsu being used, which is not visible to me. All I hear are some questions, no binding, no fear, nothing?

Blizzard: I know stuff
As Eragon performs the three hand-seals Blizzard becomes sharp and channels his Doton chakra aiming to restrict his opponent's motion. The moment Blizzard is placed in a genjutsu, which he is unaware of, six hands of earth appears behind Eragon, grabbing his legs, arms and back.

Still unaware that he was placed in a genjutsu, Blizzard continues his assault and thrusts the frozen fang in the ground, making it regenerate on the surface right below you to pierce through your leg and up your abdomen.

Note: My Earth Jutsu happens right after your Genjutsu, meaning I will be hearing the questions although you were not able to perform the required hand-seals to do the next Jutsu. Moreover by now I have become suspicious to as of what happened. Now to clarify my sword's ability; It can regenerate, note its regeneration and NOT erupting, from any surface if I have contact with my sword and the barrier. Its ability is of S-rank Ice.

As Blizzard thrusts his sword he uses the same nature of chakra to make 2 earth and 2 ice jutsus of black ice, unlocking the black ice intrusion, I have used 1 earth slot by coating the arms with black ice, now I have 2 ice and 1 more earth Jutsu to be able to get coated.

The Glazed Black Ice isnt unnoticable, but it can be seen with a keen eye. The way it catches people of guard is in their carelessness.

Usui arrives at the battle, only to see that he was too late. His friend was bleeding to death beside him by the hands of his opponent, no more. Usui had a natural talent at keeping calm due to his training by the Kiyoshi's but this sight was too much.

"I shall avenge you,blizz, just watch. You, war general over there, I'm going to kill you. Get ready."



Usui causes an earthquake strong enough in your area which causes you to fall down and without a moment of thought continues his strategy by causing titanium to cover the arms (assuming they are on the ground due to you falling,or at least close enough) as well as your legs'locking you in place as you lay there. Without any time or need for covering your whole body, Usui executes 2 handseals causing your hands and legs to get squashed in between the metal.(knowing you are med ninja though,keep in mind that they are still in the metal, so you cant heal them ) And finally, Usui Imagines himself as Zues and creates 5 big wind needles from his fingers and shoots them at an extremely fast rate.Aiming at your heart/lung/head areas as you are attempting to free yourself or dodge..or whatever it is you are doing!

Though this is quite hard to do and requires a great amount of focus and accuracy. They are really sharp and fast and could pierce through steel.

He makes 2 carbon wings, and flies backward, seeing the hands of titanium come out of the ground as you finished (since you didn't specify the range in which you use the tremor, and what you said, I assume it's only in my general vicinity that the ground is trembling. You know, it's war, gotta be specific . Also, I make my wings and fly backwards just before you create your arms. I'd have time for that, since you need to perform 3 hand seals, make them rise out of the ground, and it's an S-rank technique, while mine requires no hand seals, and is A rank, meaning i need less chakra to perform it and thus it goes faster).

Raiton: Ketsugō-tai Sōseiji No Setsuna | Lightning Style: Juncture of the Siamese Twin

As usui sees you create 3 clones, he imidiatly understands he is at a disadvantage in numbers. So Usui takes advantage of the properties of one of his elements and create a huge titanium tsunami which consumes your lightning element jutsu(powering it up more since metal conducts lightning) and continuing on to all 3 of you. Without loosing time, I summon my most powerful summon- Goruku to the field with me on his head.Finishing off the move with lightning strikes in your location ( I can see due to how tall my summon is). However I am alert for any counter attacks you may throw at me.

As righty sees the the wall being made, he immediately does a string of 4 hand seals, shooting several slicing blades that cut through your wall of titanium, rendering it useless. Due to the elemental weakness (it's weak against cutting wind), it cuts through the wall and continues towards the legs of your summon behind it, cutting into the summon's leg, severely injuring it (as I assume it would be made by now due to my hand seals, and the time my attack needs to travel, although it's fast).

(Fūton: Shinkū Renpa) – Wind Release: Serial Waves

At the same time, as your summon poofs on the field, Eragon finishes his hand seals. He adjusts the genjutsu to also hit affect your summon. You both feel your entire body constricted, unable to move your legs or feet as if some force of pressure is holding you both back.

As righty sees the the wall being made, he immediately does a string of 4 hand seals, shooting several slicing blades that cut through your wall of titanium, rendering it useless. Due to the elemental weakness (it's weak against cutting wind), it cuts through the wall and continues towards the legs of your summon behind it, cutting into the summon's leg, severely injuring it (as I assume it would be made by now due to my hand seals, and the time my attack needs to travel, although it's fast).

I dont mean to be mean or cheap, but thats exactly what I wanted you to do. I've had many people attempt to block that jutsu with slicing wind blades, but what that does is cause either
1) Huge chunks of titanium to crash on you.
2) nothing...because its a huge titanium wall thats half the size of gamabunta and as wide as gamabunta...so small blades wouldn't do anything to it except slice through it and continue towards my summon.

I'll get mods to check it and input a decision, but this move combo has been checked by so many mods in the past (mugiwara is one I know who made this kind of verdict 100%). I can probobly find his post on this account if I search for it. In any case, no arguing...but you messed up twice during this battle already..so lets wait for a mod

Okay well Zenryoku is unable to judge this fight due to his work, so im judging this fight. I was uncertain about the move, i asked to Riku discuss with me we went through the possiilities:
Why is titanium weak to wind? because of winds cutting properties i believe. If titanium is light enough to be pierced by wind techniques its also possible for the wind technique to push the debris away in the process. Titanium wall is a wide spread technique, if thats the case the wind should act as a concentrated piercing technique making a hole in the tsunami eitherways Me and Riku think the defence is valid. Might be the case with the Dragon technique mugiwara evaluated because of the momentum of the dragons(they were also high in concentration in relation to this technique that is wide spread) but not here, its a different situation and wind IS a weakness.

Also wes, since you are putting my summon under a genjutsu after the blades of wind hit him, I assume that you mean the blades of wind wont make him poof away. (since the power is decreased to A rank and he is a S rank summon)




As Usui feels pressure and restriction of movement, he assumes it is genjutsu due to it being impossible for a shinobi to control gravity to such an extent(at least very rare), he also notices the noise picking up around him and expects a jutsu to come his way as a typical strategy of genjutsu use implies it.Usui releases a full body exertion of earth which forms an armor around him protecting him as well as releasing him from the genjutsu. Fallowing up Usui takes his moment of opening of his opponents, and uses it to cast a genjutsu on all 3 of his opponents..in this case 2 clones and 1 user. This causes the clones to poof away and cause the main user to become useless for enough time to finish him off. (Now this is assuming the genjutsu on my chimp is rendered useless since you are under a genjutsu yourself) Goruku uses his huge body mass to jump onto his opponent crushing him while he is under genjutsu.(in case you do say that he is poofed away,even though your move clearly states he doesnt) Usui also shoots 6 kunai with tages towards you,aiming at your head,torso.

Description: After the user forms the required hand seals, the user will suddenly disappear in a cloud of smoke. The smoke quickly disperses and in the user's place is now a mirror. In the reflection it shows the target, completely mimicked like a real mirror, however only after a second the reflection stops mimicking the target and instead has an evil grin. The reflection reaches out of the mirror and pushes the target backwards. The target will see just an endless pit of black going on and on forever, except for a tiny white light at the very bottom. This light is just to add to the realism of the genjutsu. The target will feel as if they are keep falling and falling, the light still there, though there back should be towards the light. If they look up they should see the reflection getting farther and farther away, waving with the same evil grin. In actuality the target will have only fallen backwards onto the ground, laying there.
The length of this jutsu is indefinite until canceled or another way ended.
Also this can be used on up to three people at once.
The user cannot use chakra based attacks while it's active.

Fine by me, but you should clarify that jutsu when you do use it then. Even if it's 30 meters high and 100 meters wide, it doesn't state anything about how thick it is. Also, I understand your reasoning fully in the matter, but stating these or those are the weaknesses of your CE, only to then use this as an argument is rather sad. My opinion was asked. In Genjutsu, chakra surges and full body techniques that release massive amounts of chakra can dispel genjutsu, yes but only up to one rank lower than the technique used. You used an S-Rank Earth to dispel an S-Rank gen when It would only work to dispel up to A-Rank gen. For the effect you wanted, yopu'd need a Forbidden rank Earth Hardening tech.

So you activate the Hardening technique and take the brawl of the wind tech, leaving you, to much surprise, still binded and unable to move, although unharmed. So your following gen doesn't happen as you can't do the handseals for it.

2- Altering the balance between physical and spiritual energies in your chakra by disturbing your spiritual energy. This is done by your sheer will power. Its done by forcefully creating a surge of chakra in your body by spiking your spiritual energy through will power alone, forcing yourself to mold and channel your chakra in a way that will either halt the chakra flow or disturb it. It can be done in 2 ways: through a technique named Kai or through techniques that produce a high surge of chakra on your chakra flow. In this last case, you need to have a technique that is at least one rank higher than the genjutsu set upon you for the case of elemental techinques, or 2 ranks for the case of raw chakra techniques. An example of this is Raiton: Chidori Nagashi, an A-Rank full body technique that requires no hand seal and can dispel up to B-Rank Genjutsu set upon you. Another example is the opening of one of the Eight Inner Gates. Upon opening, the sudden release of chakra disturbs any genjutsu affecting you up to the same rank as the technique of the gate.

Editted in march. Also, reduce your tone. You're embarassing yourself the further you complain taking into account you're a sensei and should at least know the rules of the RP you teach. Complain about opinions but never about rules; rules you should know and understand. The Chakra surge was NEVER assumed to be in the same rank as the genjutsu to release from it. The only change that was made was that at a given point, Nagashi, and only it, released up to A-rank gen. Something that was later altered. In fact, in March...this year...7 months ago. We even have a roleplay update thread where all changes to the rules are notified and posted so that everyone understands and knows when it happens. I assume you don't know wherre that is but its in the Rules and Info sub-forum of the RP. Its stickied. That means its right at the top of the threads in that sub forum. It says "Roleplay Updates".

As for the rest, I was asked to judge the Genjutsu as that was the last move of the fight and that was what I did. Its the first time i checked anything in the fight so direct your frustrations elsewhere. By making that move you basically agreed that the moves made before it and leading up to it were right. That is your fault not mine. Don't agree with a move? get someone to check and don't continue until you get an opinion or check. If you continue, it means you are assuming its all right and correct. This means that you are basically complaining about your own reasoning and logic which is quite ridiculous.

I have had ample things that I found wrong about your moves as well, but did not feel the need to point out. Only the one with the genjutsu as I was unsure about it myself.

So let me put it in other words, you can have my bio for a week. I don't feel like continuing a fight that requires a mod to check it every other turn, because it's just frustrating for both of us, and them. No hard feeling ^_^, but this isn't what I'm looking for when I'm trying to have fun.
