hidden mist is useless. if its in a water location then zabuza can pull out a win. but he hasnt shown much else and hasnt really been seen fighting away from water except in war arc

If you think about it, Neji's pretty well equipped for Zabuza's arsenal. His eyes can see through the usually blinding mist, he can break out of jutsu like water prison, and should be able to see through water clones since the chakra isn't split evenly between them. Rotation might save him from a few offensive water jutsu too. I doubt we've seen EVERYTHING from Zabuza's jutsu arsenal but we get the major idea. He's probably going to fight Neji up close sooner or later anyways, which might not turn out very good for him.
