Ok so to this technique, i want you to gather ration in your hands. Change the raiton into a static field, (you can check by bringing your hands close because you will see lightning crackling between them) , Then i want you to perform any taijutsu attack to my clone involving your hands (for obvious reasons)

As your clone appears and i'm done with listening to your instructions, I start concentrating my raiton chakra into my hands,into my palms. As I bring my palms closer to each other, I see a sparkling effect. I then make a static field out of the chakra. Once done I run upto your clone and punch him hard on the chest.

He has a bad burn where you just hit him, plus with a numbness to it. Think what will happen if you hit an organ with it? Also with the lightning crackling when you bring the fields close, what will happen if you position those hands on to opposite sides of the body? m

When the user hits a body part, it leaves a nasty burn and can cause that body part to be numb for a little bit since its raw electricity that enters they body upon contact.
Note:This jutsu lasts for 1 turn
note: due to static field, the user cant use any raiton jutsus involving handseals while its activated

note: the static field is visible and can give the user away

Ok just a quick question.....can I throw this jutsu......I mean is it always have to be a taijutsu-jyuken attack??

well its like how you coat a ninja tool with chakra to amplify their strength, this applifies taijutsu or jyuuken ot give it some extra strength. Since it coats your hand, you cant throw it

I was just confused cuz it says +15 if used with tai/jyuken.....so how otherwise?

+15 for tai/jyuuken is when its used with a jutsu from there

otherwise you have shocking hands that leaves bad burns and numbs upon contact, skin that has burns is painful to touch so it weakens the opponent, plus with the lightning running through both palms when they are close together can kill the opponent if used correctly
