Alright heres the technique:

(Futon: Jixyoushou)-Wind Release: Updraft
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20

Description:The user will clap their hands together sending out a powerful transparent pulse of wind, the wind will travel towards the target while staying close to the ground. Winds natural intangibility allows this technique to travel over and around small obstructions and still stay on course. As it reaches the target it creates a powerful updraft that goes straight up, blowing the target ten meters up into the air.

Note:
~Can only be used 3 times
~ The nature of the updraft sends the target spinning and twisting into the air, making it very difficult to get ones bearings once the technqiue has hit.
~Can only be taught by xHoudinii

Ok for the technique you have to concentrate you futon chakra into your hands and then clap. Releasing a powerful pulse of wind, remember to keep it close to the ground. Once it reaches my clone you focus it straight up, blowing him high into the air.

*I concentrate my Futon Chakra into my hands and clapped them together. I then release my stored Futon Chakra and release a powerful pule of wind going towards your clone. The wind stays close to the ground gaining speed and power. As it gets near your clone it is at top speed and force. It then pushes your clone straight up in the air twisting him and flipping him in the process.*
