[Predictions] Naruto Manga Chapter 604 Discussion and 605 Predictions

I'm completely mind ****ed here as to what is really going down. At first I totally thought this was Madara setting shit up, and used Zetsu clones and what not to get Obito on his side. I mean it is Mist ninjas and we know Madara/Tobi is involved with them at some point around this time. Madara even hints that he knows some crazy stuff is gonna happen, so it seems so obvious that Madara is setting things up.

But there are other things in the chapter that don't make sense if that is the case, like Mr. Spiral telling Obito that he should fight instead of Obito. Why bring that up? Mr. Spiral seemed genuinely concerned for Obito, which he wouldn't be if he knew Madara's plans. I guess he might have been kept out of the loop, but idk. Also I really don't think that Kakashi was a Zetsu clone because of Obito sharing vision with Kakashi's sharingan, it wouldn't make sense if it was a clone. Rin totally could have been, but I still don't think that is the case.

Some people are saying genjutsu on Kakashi, but look at the last page. Kakashi totally looks like he knew what he was doing, and he was crying because he had to kill a friend. As to why he had to kill her, no clue. She could have been a Mist spy or betraying the Leaf somehow. But then there is the problem of Obito telling Kakashi that he didn't protect Rin, which he totally would have said because he killed Rin.

Idk, guess I'll wait till someone smarter than me makes a good theory and believe that till next weeks chapter and toss everything out the window again.

Right about kakashi not being a clone, can't say the same thing about Rin.

same as i was thinking. Kakashi can hardly be caught by genjutsu even at that age. Maybe a set up by madara using zetsu's clones.

why not draw a non-cut mask if it isn't going to help the plot???

he wouldn't draw it this way by mistake or for no reason..

This Manga had a few drawing mistakes, this one is taken too much into Kakashi being a Zetsu clone. Also Obito saw Rin through Kakashis eye so therefor that is in no way a clone.

I say it again and i'll stick with that Minato and The Third Sarutobi told Kakashi that there's something off with Rin.

1) it was an illusion
2) zetsu was either playing kakashi or rin in that place
3) rin asked kakashi to kill her because she didn't want to live since she thought obito was dead

I believe Yagura used dat technique similar to d one on naruto and bee, the mirror technique and deceived kakashi into believing rin was the enemy

It could be possible, that rin was poisoned or smth and would've just suffered. She asked him to kill her and he did it. Madara arranged it so that he comes at the wrong moment.

My thoughts go the other way around, Rin could have been the one under Genjutsu, and possibly put against Kakashi. :shrug:

I disagee with people saying rin is a spy and that's why kakashi killed her. Even if she was a spy, kakashi wouldn't just chidori her right her in the heart. He'd capture her. Also, why would a young teen who grew up in konoha and almost died trying to save her friend (obito) be a spy. That makes no sense.
It was either accidental or an illusion.

idk why but after i saw the last page of rin getting killed my kakashi i instantly thought of shisui uchiha's genjustsu.. i mean obitio said he had a grudge on the uchiha's and thats why he helped itachi murder the clan..... maybe rin knew something and Danzo ordered the hit since rin was under the 4th protection.. he needed shisui's eyes.. maybe thats why? cuz if u remember when Danzo was fighting Sasuka, he couldnt use shisui yet.. that means he used it before? just a thought

-ok, i believe that the kakashi and rin that was seen in the last page was the real kakashi and rin. obito used the senju dna to see through his other eye so that should definitely be kakashi and not a clone.

-i believe this was a secret mission that was given to minato and the 3rd hokage because when obito told kakashi that he let rin die, Guy's face seemed to be clueless as if he himself didnt really know what happened to rin. probably no one from kakashi's childhood knew what happened to rin, hence where they believed she just went "missing."

-madara definitely had something to do with it because he seemed so confident that obito was gonna return to him.

-minato and the 3rd hokage probably wanted rin dead because she was giving info about konoha and they told kakashi to do it because he is best fit for the job. that would explain his promotion to the anbu squad. i think madara made zetsu impersonate rin to make rin seem as if she was betraying konoha

Everyone is jumping to conclusions. I believe Kakashi tried to use the incomplete Chidori again in the mist and hit Rin by accident. Then again, who were they fighting? No bodies on the battlefield whatsoever.

I like the fact the rin was surrounded by mist or whatever that black stuff was then we saw kakashi's hand in her chest....

I stand with the belief that Rin actually was betraying the village. The look on Kakashi's face wasn't of shock (as if he was confused in the mist) or one of sadness (as if she was already dying) it was a look of betrayal. I believe Rin was giving information to other countries about Konoha and Kakashi was sent to kill her.

"Why would Rin give away secrets?" you might ask? Because Madara was playing everyone, just like he always has. Madara NEEDED Obito for some reason or another, and he needed him to have the hate that Uchiha had. So he killed the last person that could keep him grounded to his world.

It's all Madara, and we'll see in the next chapter how this plays out.

Strange though thats not what the episode showed (ep. 119-120). In that Rin was alive after the fight. Kakashi had Minato's kunai which had Minato's seal. Minato came to the rescue according to the episode and Kakashi was knocked out by the enemy. Minato took care of all those enemy ninja and when Kakashi woke up Rin was alive standing on a field looking at the sky. Minato himself says that he heard the story about Obito from Rin.
