I really think madara put kakashi in genjutsu because he said you will defiantly come back and kakashi was crying when he killed rin that means he didn't mean to kill her or maybe I'm wrong. I really can't wait till I see the next chapter.

That could be very much possible, cuz Zetsu said that Minato is on another mission, if he wasn't lying.

But it's kind of doubtful, cuz Kakashi and Rin (and maybe others) fighting against Hidden Mist Ninjas, while Minato's group fighting Hidden Cloud Ninjas - all this if they are at the same area/battlefield. :shrug:

But if not, the most logical explanation for him being absent is the clash versus the Hidden Cloud - which means different mission. :y

It was good to see the 3 different robes and other weapons including madara's war fan and the chains tobi used against minato ....

Personally i still think its staged by someone named madara. It is a zetsu which has done this and spiral zetsu was meant to lead obito there to see this because madara clearly said you WILL return and apologize sinceerly. clearly he said this becasue he knew after seeing ( zetsu : kakashi ) killling rin he would defs come back to help madara complete the eye of moon plan

but jesus already!! i think after next chapter of showing what really has happened naruto manga chapter 606 will be back to the present...i wanna see killer bee and naruto go hard out!! its gonna be epic!!

I doubt the thoery that is was only a Zetsu clone. If that is true, then Rin should be alive and Obito would know about this, and we could see Rin dillydallying on Konoha.

I have a hunch that Rin was betraying the leaf in some way, and there was no other choice but to kill her. Madara probably know about Rin's deeds for some time because he has information gathered through the Mazo which is connected to different places, but Madara refused to tell Obito the truth, and Madara knows that the fight was actually between Kakashi against Rin and the mist ninjas, which is the reason why Madara was confident in saying that Obito will come back to him, because Madara knew that Kakashi will kill Rin for some sort of betrayal.

Or it could also be an accident that he Raikiri'd Rin.

Well, just a hunch.

i agree. on the other hand the zetsu clone told obito that he was protecting him so his body is wrapped around obitos..so he could just force him back

Facts :
zetsu clones are perfect.
They don't vanish even after dieing.
They have blood.And die like a normal human being.
They cannot be recogonised unless you are madara and you have EMS. (chances of this happening 40% )

Why? Because we can see tears in kakashi's eyes which means he knew what he was doing,
if he killed her by accident he wouldn't have this expression on his face. (chanes of this happening 25% )

Look again, that's rain coming down his face, not tears.

If you look at the bottom of Kakashi's eye though, there is a clump of water that definitely looks more like tears.

rin has to be real , we are seeing how she died , there's no point for kishi to prolong her dead in a flashback , when a war is going on

also kakashi seems to be real he was crying ,genjutsu to me it feels stupid , maybe its zetzu & kakashi was fighting the mist ninja , obito saw her die an awoke his ms & it links to kakashi , but kakashi says he got it later on , maybe he didn't know how to activated as akid ( everything seems to not make sense in every way you see it)

I see I'm not alone in think Rin was a maybe a traitor, if that turns out to be true how can Tobi say "because you let Rin die"?

could be a translation error. wouldn't be the first time its happened.

still, I'm really curious to see what the circumstances are behind rins death. i bet were all gonna get trolled and its not gonna show us the rest cuz obito leaves so quickly and then like 5 chapters from now kakashi tells a now adult obito the whole deal and then idk, either shit will really hit the fan or obito will forgive him (most likely the first option)

Madara has to be behind all this somehow, since he knew that Obito would come back to him. Still, Kakashi's actions and Obito's words in earlier chapters about heroes not having to make excuses infront of graves don't imply that he was under genjutsu (In the last page, it looked like as if Kakashi was crying). Also, if the two were zetsus, Kakashi wouldn't have the MS, unless there are other ways to acquire it.

I'm dazed and confused. If their eyes are connected (i.e. shared vision), how come they don't have it now?

Well I shall clear some points first:
1. Zetsu(Neji) when attacks Sakura didnt use byakugan even though he said he would N also when Shino asked the Zetsu(Hinata) she gave a pretty lame but good enough excuse. Plus HQ was informed of only physical attacks and no jutsu was used…So White Zetsu cannot copy a Jutsu its just a mere copy of chakra and body.
2. Madara had something to do with this attack….as he predicted that Obito would come back. And "thank him properly".
3. Either Kakashi was in a genjutsu…he did not purposely kill Rin because Obito said "You let Rin Die" also "I wont Blame you" he did not say ‘You killed Rin’ or somthn…so rin is not a traitor…or she rushed in for the battle and got attacked.
4. Obito control Yagura (Mizukage) because the Mist was responsible for Rin’s death.
5. Obito saw through Kakashi’s eyes in that particular moments when he pierced through Rin.
Well so in short I think the man who pierced Rin is Kakashi cause he used Chidori...And Obito didnt blame Kakashi so it was a mistake or sumthn...Altough Rin could be Zetsu clone and transform infront of kakshi and he killed it..but Obito never knew the power of Zetsu after that he went back to madara, got more brain washed, got further stronger, then controlled Yagura!!

first the chapter was ok cuz it shows just a abit of the plot
ok maybe kakashi killed cuz he was under a mist genjustu because of the water around them and thought she was a mist ninja but i don't see any of them arround
or he killed her cuz she is a traitor of the leaf and so he is their enemy but one think he learned from obito was:

i doubt it because when zetsu took neji's chakra, zetsu was unable to use byakugan. if that was a zetsu clone of kakashi then that zetsu clone would be unable to use chidori.
