Actually you are wrong.

There is in fact only 2 shinobi with hashiramas pure DNA and that would be Uchiha Madara and Yamato. So I can't really understand what your problem is. They are the only ones who can use mokuton, and only Madara can use it to its full extinct. Obito has some artificial body that is made by Madara, and it is far from hashiramas powers, since it contains Madaras chakra as well. Same goes for Danzo who was very incomplete.
