[Discussion] Tobirama Senju:The one who knows everything.

Well let's begin with thix question:Why is Tobirama the one who knows everything?Well he actually KNOWS about many things i will use as an example that he created the Police of Konoha,the space-time ninjutsu and the edo tensei, that are 2 powerfull ninjutsus.

He is still an inexplored characther as he didn't has many appearances or informations about him in the manga/anime and also he may helped Madara surviving giving him the mazou but why would he do this? Maybe because he supported Madara and the Uchihas.

Well i want to know what do you think,so begin discussing!

Well i have a crazy theory:Maybe when the sharigan user activates Ems they could use the stone in the Uchiha base to acess all the memorys related to the Uchiha and so they will see the plans Tobirama and Madara did or something like that.

He is somewhat explored. I just wish he had some of the spotlight the other had.
Here's what I have on him.

The Second Hokage's two biggest feats are: the creation of the Summoning: Impure World Ressurection technique and his unrivaled Water mastery.

"Tobirama was primarily known for his mastery of Water Release. He could perform powerful water-style techniques in areas that lacked bodies of water by creating his own water out of thin air or producing it from his mouth, and perform some of the most complex water-style techniques, such as the Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique, with a single hand seal. This amongst other reasons is why he is revered as the greatest known Water Release manipulator in the series."

He also had great sensory abilities. By just placing a single finger on the ground, he could detect the prescence and number of enemies from considerable distances. Not only that, Minato Namikaze said that he was highly skilled in Space/Time Ninjutsu.

Adding to his abilities, he was skilled in taijutsu:
"Tobirama was also shown to have great physical prowess and a considerable amount of skill in the area of taijutsu, as well as good teamwork with his elder brother, Hashirama Senju."

Another important feature that Tobirama has that, not only further sustains my point that the Senju clan is better than the Uchiha clan in every possible way except Genjutsu, is his legacy to the Narutoverse. As a Senju member, he did so much for Konoha:
-he established the Academy
-he founded the ANBU
-he founded the Konoha Military Police Force

Well he is not completely evil he wants peace but in a different manner than the protagonist

there r two things for that person whom they r going to meet;
1- who could change course of war..
2- he should know everything.

For tobirama I dont thing any of these point valid. not motto of war is changing by him. and nor he know everything. because he cant know about start of clans. he only know start of village. to know start of clans he should be there when ninja clan started or he should have rennigan (so that he could fully read uchiha stone).

He did create two of the jutsus that are most important to the war and he should know quite a bit about Madara due to his brother fighting him all the time and him observing. So it's likely he is one who knows everything
