Alright if Sasukes eyes can revert back to normal, then why can't Nagato and Kakashi revert there transplanted eyes back to normal then?

Nagato had Madara's eyes and all the times Madara was shown to us during the war, his eyes never reverted back to normal.

But you see sasuke's eyes going from sharigan eyes to normal eyes.

Its not a plothole because sasuke is an uchiha and nagato and kakashi arent uchihas in the first place.ONCE, an uchiha clan member gets their brothers or transplant any other mangekyou sharingan you unlock the EMS...If your a true uchiha you can revert back to normal your eyes but if your not it will stay on forever

Madara also had the ems when he was fighting hashirama and he could revert his eyes back to normal.

well since madara uchiha was the first uchiha to unlock the sharingan, mangekyou sharingan, Eternal Mangekyou sharingan and unlocking the rinnegan too...He master the sharingan completely meaning he can put his sharingan on all the time without chakra drainage....

reason is simple. bcz uchiha blood is able to awaken the sharingan and only uchiha blood can deactivate the sharingan. the MS EMS and rinnagan are upgrades of the sharingan. so they can turn on and off any time by the uchihas who own the eyes not by any others
