can anyone do a gfx of minato. i want one that appears to be shiny, have contrast, and make someone say damn. make it look nic, can anyone do it.

add a nic background to it also, look at my current avatar, a backgrounf like that. and add my name on in. not big but make it see-able

also make it fit the avatar limit size
