Hey humans, made this TuT for request.

1.

1. Start a new Project
2. Insert your Pic/Background-Colour/whateva
3. new layer
4. Select the whole Layer with the "select-rectangletool"

5. rightclick and then "contour fill" and mode "inside" and "1px"
6. take the colour u want (I took black)
7. now it shud look like this

8. take the "magic want-tool" and click on the layer with the black/whateva border
9. make a new layer and take again the "select-rectangletool"
10. rightclick and again "contour fill" and mode "inside" and "1px"
11. colour white/whateva
12. save with JPG

1. Start a new Project
2. Insert your Pic/Background-Colour/whateva
3. new Layer
4. take the "select-ellipsetool" and select like this

5. rightclick on the ellipse and click on "selection reverse"
6. take again the "select-rectangletool" and select like this

7. select the layer with the background-colour/pic click on "Delete" on your keyboard
8. hold CTRL and rightclick on the lil pic between the eye and layer-name
9. new Layer, select the "select-rectangletool" and then "contour fill" and mode "inside" and "1px" and choose your colour
10. select the "magic-wand-tool" and select the layer with the first border, then again "select-rectangle-tool" and then again "contour fill" and mode "inside" and "1px" and again your colour.
11. save with PNG
