well i saw two Naruto's and Madara took out the clone so i'd imagine the other one is the real one

I don't think he would go search for sasuke because:

1- He don't even know where he is.

2- He wouldn't leave bee, Kakashi, gai get owned by Obito/Madara

3- Wouldn't be stupid for Naruto to leave a fight were his friend are most likely going to die to go try to save someone when he failed to do so from the beginning of the series. Naruto doesn't know what itachi told to sasuke therefore, he has no idea that there's a possibility for sasuke to be a ''good guy''. He has no reason to go for Sasuke in this current critical time.
