Somethings not right with kakashi's right arm.(the arm he uses for chidori)
On this page his right arm is missing the forearm gear.(hand to elbow) Take a look at his left arm that hand to elbow gear is there.
In this pic where kakashi just received Obito's sharingan, he has his right arm has the forearm gear.(hand to elbow)
