Who is more strong visards or captain of gotei 13

Considering most of the Vizards were captains it would most certainly be vizards. They were already captain level, and then gained even more power.

For those who were captains prior then for sure, the vizards.
Some of the current captains (Old Yama, Kyouraku and Ukitake) may be able to keep up with the lieutenant's if they don't have Bankai. But they may have become captain level in base over the 100 years.

Vaizards could won battle against most captains , expect Old Yama, Unohana ( I bet she is second strongest captain in 13 gotei ) Kyouraku and Ukitake , that four captains are safe bet and they could even beat vaizards if they take battle serious .

well at least some of them may win. Remember that some vizards were old captains.

from my point of view presently the most strongest are only three persons.
1.Captain Commander(he is the oldest and most expirienced.)
2.Aizen(He can(may) control even vastro lorde..he wanted the army of abt 10 vastro lorde means he can(may be able) to control it) and urahara(most claver dude..still more thing to be revealed)
3.Vizards
3.5:ichigo and may be you can and few more names like kurosaki ishinn and ishada's father.
4.then 13 squad captains

Vizards are stronger. They were all highly ranked shinigami first of all, so they are naturally very strong, but when they enter there vizard forms, they can push the limitations of there soul past its possible limit making them more powerful than any normal hollow or shinigami. Aizen said that only by crossing the boundaries between shinigami and hollow, can one surpass there spiritual limit, so it is only logical to say that the vizards are stronger.

Not necessarily. From the manga and the anime, we can conclude that Ichigo is a genius(captain level after 15 days of fighting?). The Vizards may be more experienced, but he has that cool thing called "I'm the main character syndrome" so he's not allowed to lose . He also has the full hollow transformation on his side, which as you can see during his fight with Ulquiorra, is extremely powerful.
