Kishi making it up as week goes by?

I mean seriously.. Obito said to Kakashi 'You let Rin die' implying that Kakashi couldn't keep his promise to protect Rin..
Now in this weeks chapter Kakshi kills Rin.. wtf is Kishi making it up week by week? Has he not got this planned out or something?

What do you guys think?

It would truly be impossible to have very detail ingrained in his head although he has stated to have overall plot and end planed out and has been adamant on the fact that he does not plan to change it up although that does not mean he wont make a few tweaks here and there as he goes along

well obito also said that he doesnt blame kakashi for rin's death. idk i think the story is way to complex for kishi to make it up on the fly.

Honestly though, couldn't it just have been a mistranslation? Besides, maybe Obito will find out the details regarding Rin's death...so that in a way Kakashi would only be partially responsible.

I think he has the main plot planned out fairly ahead. There are some things that were obviously planned out afterwards and integrated rather clumsily though, like the Jinchuriki.

I'm not disagreeing, but it would be really, really lame and I honestly doubt that's the case. There's obviously more going on than we know, but I don't think it's clones. Obito sees what's going on with Kakashi's Sharingan (and Zetsu can't copy jutsu). Not to mention Rin looks absolutely devastated and bleeds.

That look on Rin's face actually caught me by surprise, I got genuinely sad and shocked when I saw it. I just say well done to Kishimoto.

He didnt exaclty say that form what i remember. He did say he knew how the stroy would end. But he hasnt actually made up the story in between

i would love to see the story board wall in kishi's office. theres plot holes here and there, but considering the length of the series and all of the chapters hes got to have it all posted somewhere to keep track of everything. I tried to put out a manga or sorts a while back and its difficult to do. the fact that he does put out a new chapter every week is pretty good. so all the complainers need to stuff it.

But I couldn't figure out how to do (I'm retarded when it comes to computers), and even if I did, I wouldn't have had the skills to draw the characters, so I just made this.

Naruto does have a lot of plot holes though. I mean i do expect some plot holes since naruto has a lot of characters and a lot of them have different powers. Though some of the plot holes are really avoidable.

He says he's got the whole story written out... but in what he has as manga and not plot script is probably 8-10 weeks ahead of us so if he wants to add in something or edit something in the story later on while he's drafting and redrafting he has it down but can make small changes as he sees fit... We gotta remember he is a writer so he is drafting and redrafting and editing his work which takes time so he writes out several weeks worth then makes them slowly while editing and redrafting.
