Yeah he would have become a Hokage with your scenario in mind.His ST jutsu itself makes him strong, possibly low kage level.Add to that Kamui and 2 MS would mean Susano as well, and we have a Hokage.

If Obito never went evil he would've never attacked the village , which would've never caused the elders to move the uchiha to the corner of the village, which would've never caused the Uchiha to form a rebellion, and therefore no Uchiha massacre.

nope he would have been dead by itachi's hands and plus that boulder accident was fortunate for him cause if that have never happened he wouldn't have met madara and be as strong as he is today
