Re-read the manga. His timelimit is 5minutes, not 5seconds, and this 5minutes limit refers to the time he can keep up a jutsu for a period of time. What i mean is that, if he stops the jutsu for one second, he can use it again during 5other minutes if he wants, and so on. Also Perfect Susanoo is useless against Obito. When Obito uses Kamui to teleport part of his body in the other dimension, he simply doesn't exist in our dimension, so he will simply phase through Susanoo like it wasn't there and warp Madara with ease. Obito>Madara

Since he was able to surpass in speed the fastest ninja in the manga after Minato(Naruto) while he was even fighting Kakashi, Gai and Bee, Madara doesn't have the speed to avoid being warped, he is no exception. He will get warped with ease
