Sage Mode vs EMS Sasuke = Sage Mode
Kyuubi Mode vs Sasuke (EMS and partial Susano'o) = Kyuubi Mode (but it would be a good fight)
Bijuu Mode vs Sasuke (EMS and full Susano'o) = Bijuu Mode
It would be a tough fight but Naruto would win, in my opinion.
Take into consideration Naruto can only go into Bijuu mode for 5 mins and Sasuke has limited chakra.

your right the fight probably wouldnt go as i said it. it would be more like Sasuke go straight into into perfect Susano'o with EMS and the Naruto go into BM.
Sage Mode < Sasuke EMS
then KM would be good until Sasuke goes full Susano'o

sage mode naruto would be about same as MS sasuke. EMS sasuke should be able to win against SM naruto.
kyuubi mode naruto vs EMS sasuke, I'd say naruto. difference between SM and KM seems greater than difference between EMS and MS.
sasuke has nothing against BM naruto.

Naruto has advanced too much for Sasuke
In the top 10 Naruto is at least 4 Steps higher thank Sasuke
When Naruto had the Basic Cloak - they were More or less Equal due to the EMS .
But now ......... it is a different level
Naruto has a Stronger equivalent to the Susanoo . the Chakra fox mode .
unless Sasuke gets some EPIC powerups . He has no chance
