when Suigetsu says to get out of there in the water it reminded sasuke about when Kakashi was trapped in the water prison by Zabuza.
When Juugo said that sasuke was the only thing left of Kimmimaro that reminded him of Naruto's determination to keep they're bond at the valley of the end and with Karin...im guess Sakura has always wanted Sasuke to bite her...
