you basically handicapped Minato, last I checked raiton armor doesn't actually electrocute anything, saying Minato can't tag him because of that is pure comedy, Minato's seals can move on their own, he doesn't have to make physical contact, he can even leave seals on ppl through rasengan, and KBee pushed A out the way of Minato's kunai, and it was sliced in half.

I guarantee you raikage isn't going to just tank a rasengan, and if A messes with gamabunta for 1 second, it's long enough for Minato to get him, A is not the third raikage, nothing in the manga even implies he could tank a rasengan, furthermore, Minato had wind as an affinity, this means that he may have been able to channel the chakra over his kunai, similar to Asuma, if so, A stands next to no chance, Minato is just a bad matchup for him.

here is minato teleporting the tbb while he was on the statues of the hokages.



here tobi go to his location which is on the grounds of konoha (on the statue of hokage's and tried to suck him up with kamui) but he teleports as tobi said.



here he was able to teleport outside the village to avoid been kamui'd.
Now how did he teleport outside of the village even thought he wasn't seen throwing any kunai ?
Ans: because he had a kunai already placed there, it is shown on that page.

Hmmm.....you said most of his seals are useless. So, what worked on half of the Nine Tails power is useless against one man? Also, Chidori penetrated A's armor, Rasengan should do the same and allow Minato to tag him then Minato cannot lose. If one Rasengan can enter his armor and Minato has shown that he can freely create them with his hands, two Rasengan ought to give him a good amount of damage and Minato can form more and more and more and more and more and more since Rasengan has been stated to cost far less chakra than its counter part Chidori to eventually kill him. I'm sure multiple Rasengans to the head will mean A's death. As for your kunai breaking theory, while A's busy breaking kunai, Minato will throw more or Minato will simply have a kunai in his hand and once A attacks, he drops the kunai at teleports to the same kunai allowing him to change positions, he can appear beside, above , behind, below A by teleporting to the dropped kunai since his FTG has shown to allow him to teleport a small distance away from his kunai in away direction. If you don't buy multiple head Rasengans then surely you would accept Minato sealing A with the Eight Trigrams Seal, a seal that sealed half of the Nine Tails power. Also, Minato needed little chakra for it since he performed it after teleporting the Nine Tails out of Konoha ans using the s-Rank Dead Demon Consuming Seal. A will lose.

Well in the latest episode Minato was about to stab through his armor, Rasengan could pierce that as well. Minato is also extremely fast look how fast he caught Naruto when tobi tossed him, and A uses his lighting release to increase his speed.

You have some alright points, but Minato>A. You say that FTG is his only speed movement that is going to work against A, and while this is partially true, if you saw the latest episode, he had the reflexes to through one of his kunai, just before A punched him in his Lightning armour. So even his reflexes are superb. And although as far as we have seen, Rasengan is his only mentionable offensive - his rasengan is superior to Naruto. Although he did not live to create several variants like Naruto, you saw how big his one was - with one hand. And there are other ways to beating an opponent such as A, without using direct force - as Naruto displayed against the 3rd Raikage.

A has lived up till today, we still don't know his situation, but you can say that A has lived for around 16-17 years (current age of Naruto and same as Minato's death) more than Minato and OBVIOUSLY HAS IMPROVED it is quite obvious that he would be better by now, which is a thing that I bet that if Minato continued living, he would be much better than what we have seen or we refer to.

you can't compare a ninja that died many years ago to a ninja of the same generation which hasn't died and can still improve through time.

I am getting tired of this. You call a child with both the power of Uchiha and Senju? A child with enormous amount of knowledge, sealing techniques and cunningness? A child trained by Uchiha Madara? He was 15 years old, but what did manage to do? He infiltrated Konoha, stole the kyuubi and attacked Konoha. This is not an easy task. It requires great power. You must think objectively, Obito was no fodder. It is proven through the manga that he is a terrible threat to the whole world.
Minato is praised because he saved his kid, his wife and his village a couple of times.

Jiraiya had no intel on Itachis abilities so Itachi would've won, lets not forgot Itachis ENTIRE PLAN FROM DAY ONE IN AKATSUKI was to spy on them and keep the village safe & an eye on sasuke. He said that so no one would get suspicious about his actions in akatsuki considering he chose his life to be an outlaws life, & Kisame was right next to him. Itachi had to lie ever since he became a spy for the leaf. He was lying when he said Jiraiya would have beaten them, it was an excuse to not have to fight a ninja of a village he loved.
