To perform a jutsu for example two people are using Firestyle: Fireball Jutsu kinda like how Itachi and Sasuke clashed theirs. But then do the handsigns and perform another jutsu while you are still sustaining your firestyle jutsu? Like a water jutsu or something? Or would it fuq up your chakra flow?

Hard to say Yamato did a good job at showing earth and water one after another but it's more of a kekkai genkai question than anything.
