[Theory] Madara-nagato-rinne tensai

ok so i dunno whether the following questions have been raised/discussed yet or not... but i have these in my mind for a while so here it is:-
when u start reading skip step-A

A)
known facts and important statements(facts):-
1)nagato:: I still have "time to do this"..(while doing rinne rebirth jutsu on konoha shinobis...)IMPLIES "TIME OF TRANSITION"
2)madara: It appears that the brat nagato has grown up...."(after being revived by kabuto)..IMPLIES "CURRENT NAGATO IS CAPABLE OF DOING RINNE TENSAI ...UNLIKE YOUNG NAGATO"

questions:-
1)How nagato was going to use rinne tensai to revive madara(long dead)...?
2)why nagato never tried to revive yahiko...?
3)why nagato wasn't able to revive jiraiya....but was able to revive the konoha people.??

C)
assumption:-
we all know that nagato was himself the 7th path ....the person who was outside the realm of life and death.As seen in case of kakashi's father and kakashi....besides life and afterlife...there is another dimension(place) in between...kind of a transitional state.A state which every person has to go through before reaching after life.So i believe nagato's gedo:rinne tensai jutsu works for those who are in this transitional state (either willingly or unwillingly)...

answers:-
1)first of all madara....imo after he unplugged himself from the gedo mazo madara was always in a waiting state(the transition state)...coz he has an unfinished business on earth....what i m saying is ..he was like a lingering soul who didn't want to leave that transitional dimension...who was awaiting his revival.....so madara could have been revived by rinne tensai jutsu.
Like kakashi's father always repented for what he did and wanted forgiveness thats why he wasn't able to leave that transitional state...but after his meeting with kakashi...he did.
2)yahiko died for the sake of his two best friends...he never repented the discission he took...so he cleared that state very quickly...and also nagato was very young by the fact number 2(check step A)to be using that jutsu imo.
3)1st of all jiraiya accepted his death....so he must have cleared the state very quickly...
2nd even if nagato had tried it would have been a waste...coz his body was in deep ocean...
Now the konoha people...they were all dead for a short period of time...and most probably in their respective transition state( by the fact number 1)...hence were saved by nagato's jutsu...
this is just a theory....
it may contain many flaws...plz feel happy to point them out....
if u guys have any other theory regarding this topic...plz post it..NO RUDE COMMENT...
