Yeah Kakashi is definitely above average, when people say he has low levels i think they are underestimating the chakra taxation of the sharingan for non uchihas

Tobi is an uchiha, so he can use sharingan no prob, I believe kamui is not like any other MS tech cuz it doesn't take too much time, and tobi has hashirama Cells right??? so he is a boss in chakra stuffs
using sharingan in a fight takes too much of kakashi since he is not an uchiha... and I believe kishi trolled kakashi sometimes so naruto could shine up, remember after using kamui fighting with sasuke, he couldn't even run for saving sakura and now he is spaming it like never did before, hope you get what I mean

from the time he fought sasuke all the way till now, it shouldve given him enough time to train right? Look at Naruto, He went from not having a clue how to control kurama to being a boss with kurama in the same time frame

like I just said, that was a while ago. The fight now is ages after the fight back then. In fact look what Naruto acquired in the same exact time frame. Whats to say Kakashi didnt train?

out of all the people on this forum, you are by far the most analytical. That post about the Minato vs A fight clearly shows you tend to notice things others dont and you actually read the manga and memorize it properly.

Naruto (no kyubi) has only 2 times more chakra than him so yes he's not low stanima at all.If we count Kyubi , he has 100 times more chakra.

Kakashi would probably have much higher stamina without using the sharingan since the sharingan on his non-uchiha body is very taxing relative to how taxing the sharingan is to an uchiha. Itachi and Obito had their sharingan active pretty much all the time so I doubt Kakashi has low levels of chakra. It's possible Kakashi meant he has low levels of chakra to use the sharingan since the sharingan requires high levels of chakra with the uchiha have already.
