One eye's power would be to see through objects, and the other make ME invisible but can't phase through anything :D

Those, or Kamui since I've always wanted to phase through objects and send objects into a pocket dimension :P

i know it would be cheap, but my left eye would be able to focus on space (kinda of kamui) and my right would be able to slow, stop, speed up, forward and reverse time in the area of space.

Also, if the Rinnegan can master all chakra natures, would it be too far fetched to assume it can also use kekkei genkai by mixing two or more chakra natures together?

KNOWN MS JUTSUS:
I would take Kamui and tsukiyomi (if i can have more than 1).
Dont care about amaterasu, KA and susanoo.
I dont like them.

NEW MS JUTSUS:
The ability to stop time for 3 seconds and look into the future for 10 seconds, both with a cooldown (whatever cooldown would be fair).
