My least favourite is Itachi because:

1. The seemingly endless OP and sometimes cheap abilities he has.
2. How much Kishimoto loves to stroke his ego.
3. The fact that his story just DOESN'T end.

1. no one cared about him but the got op power ups
2.his back story took way to long and he isn't all that intresting so we had to suffer through that before anything cool happen
3. has to relay on other peoples powers but some how he is top10 shinobi
