EMS can't win, it's all opinion. And if I were to fight someone, I'd rather blow them away then summon a huge purple skeleton with flames and cause a commotion. Plus, by the time they got up, Shinra Tensei would already be able to be used again.

in madara's case however it was different bcz he mastered, ems and rinnegan both so he could switch! unlike nagato.
