deidara was not fodderized itachi was simply on a different level he made his explosive style which is his main form of fighting irrelevant with his genjustu which he is noted to be extremely good at.Someone who go fodderized was rock lee for he was shown to be the fasted of his group when he first encountered naruto he stood out it made him unique now there are quite a few people noted to be faster them him as well as in the strength department and seeing how ninjustu is being used on a grander scale more akin to dbz further and further in
it is highly unlikely he will ever being able to go head to head with the main people of the show anymore and that contradicts his hard work motto and his character development
