1. wind is when somthing is waved in the air like a big fan.

2. i believe that fire is winds weakness because fire need air to grow, and wind is strong against lightning

3. Asuma and tamari and naruto are the only ones i can think of right off the bat.

4. Chakra runs through your body like blood, and is gained through your physical and mental energy and also through training. You have several chakra points throughout your body(not sure how much).

5.if you want to peform any type of ninjutsu, you need chakra. Ninjutsu is activated through handsigns like when peforming a fire ball jutsu.

The wind element in the narutoverse is used by manipulating the air currents themselves or inhaling them to manipulate them in various other ways. Wind style is commonly known for its sharp and deadly ability to enhance or speed up weapons like we've seen Asuma do in the past.
2. i believe that fire is winds weakness because fire need air to grow, and wind is strong against lightning
Wind is weak to fire because fire requires oxygen to grow and thus, wind will only aid in creating a bigger stronger flame by adding more "fuel". Although that being said, that will not always apply. If a wind and fire technique collide from opposite directions, depending on their rank, they will cancel each other out and they will never fuel each other, instead the fire will continue forward at a weakened state.

-Fire and Wind creates a bigger, stronger fire.

**When a fire and a wind jutsu of the same rank are shot by two shinobi facing each other, the result won't be a stronger fire jutsu continuing forward, but instead it'll be a weakened fire jutsu (one rank lower then it originally was).
**When a fire jutsu clash with a one rank higher wind jutsu, they will both cancel each other out. If higher then one rank, the wind will overpower the fire. However, there are exceptions; for further details continue the reading.

Don't forget that chakra is the main "fuel" source for ninjutsu, elemental or not. Also in the narutoverse chakra can be seen as stamina. As we've seen with kakashi or naruto, when either ran out of chakra they were left very exhausted.

*sits down and starts to meditate* *i start to imagine the way wind moves, the patern it follows, and most of all how it feels like rough edges* *without knowing it, my chakra starts imitating the patterns of wind, the way it glides, and all of a sudden a small vortex of wind forms around me*

*since I am in deep meditation, I neve feel the wood chip hitting me, but instead I Become one with the wind, I imagine myself as air waves in the sky, cool temperature that easily moves certain objects* *my chakra flow completly changes in the sense of the way it flows, it no longe flows smoothly, but instead with cool wave like movements, not like water, but like wind. My chakra also starts moving at a rapid pace circulating my body as if it were rotating like a vortex*
