What point r u trying to prove in this thread?? The same could be said...It was back then....BACK THEN HE WAS NO MATCH AGAINST MINATO! learn to accept the fact that minato > A. Now that A has white hair and black back then because his power at that time he didnt have that much power. He wasnt at par with Minato and probably wouldnt have today itself if he was alive....who knows what minato would have developed in terms of various jutsus and techniques and chakra levels...just saying the facts.

so you are disregarding what raikage said to naruto? raikage fought minato on various occasions, which means that he improved his speed each time he fought minato. What you showed is the first time raikage and minato meet. minato helped raikage improve his speed and even though raikage knew about the kunais and the marks, he still couldn't defeat minato's speed.

Take naruto for example. Naruto trained and trained to defeat sasuke. Naruto got better and better. The same thing happened with raikage. He trained and trained to defeat minato and what was the objective of the training. The objective for raikage was to prove who was fastest. After many attempts who won? minato won all of them to the point that led to raikage believe that no one would ever surpass him "acceptance". We all know that raikage is extremely hardheaded and for minato to force raikage into acceptance is something.

Maybe you should learn from raikage and just accept

My bad minato has above average speed but isn't faster then A without teleporting Thts his reflexes are incredible but him and A have what looks to have same reflexes if it was just straight speed minato would've lost but teleporting I guess makes him faster

No. Just because his hair spiked up a little in the back does not mean he was moving faster. Their is no version 2 of the raikages lightning armour, this was all for dramatic effect in his fight with Sasuke. Shout out to DBZ.

You say that Raikage A from the 5 kage summit is faster than Minato during the 3rd ninja war. These situations are seperated by at least 16 years. The raikage got faster during those 16 years while Minato was busy being dead (and inside Naruto so he could seal the kuuybi
BTW in the last manga page you showed us, the raikage to be (A) says: He avoided my full speed".
