The Third Raikage's Partner

After watching the newest episode, I wondered who was the 3rd Raikage's Tag team partner. Is it Aoba? Or does he not have one, and that's why Aoba said, "Looks like it won't happen this time either." Or by saying this, was he referring to another failed attempt at finding A a partner? Your responses are greatly appreciated.

It could be Darui, given the fact that he was the only one to inherit the black lighting from him. I'm assuming that there's more to it than just handing him the black lighting, something of a connection with them. Although, I could be just making random guesses haha.
