What would happen if Kakashi and Obito were face to face and used Kamui at the same time? Would Kakashi teleport Obito's eye out of his head or would Kakashi get sucked into Obito's eye?

what i would expect since obito is more experienced with the kamui than kakashi i say that kakashi might lose the kamui battle.
