She is strong and like naruto she doesn't give up!D
I don't personally don't think she can beat him.. But maybe she is able to weaken him
Besides with her byagugan she can see though his chakra point and weak spot, isn't?!

The Pain fight she hit him when Nagato had a moment of coughing which was lame...she deserved a true hit.
But yes she could deffinatly slow him just a tad. If she is given her Protection of 64 palms, and chakra needles from the manga then she deffinatly csn become a pain to him and could point out the weak point i. susanoo like Neji did to the water prison! In the end she gets best
