TOP 25 -strongest ninjas- with explanation

1- Madara. (he's overpowered, enough said)

2- Obito.(defensive kamui, rinnengan, wood style, high rank fire techniques and high taijutsu level)

3- DSM kabuto. (uzumaki chakra, he was made of water as suigetsu, he reached the perfect SM and he had edo tensei)

4- Nagato. (is the best rinnengan user we've seen, his Gedo Mazo was stronger than obito's and he had 6pop)

5- Hashirama (he was a beast, he defeated EMS madara with the kyuuby)

6- BM Naruto/EMS Sasuke. (they are equal imo and kishimoto said so)
7- BM Naruto/EMS Sasuke.

8- Itachi. (he's the best genjutsu user and he is smart)

9- Minato/Muu. (minato travels at the speed of light, Muu is unvicible and has no chakra form)
10- Muu/Minato.

11- Bee/A/3rd raikage. (B is a perfect jin, A is the best nintaijutsu user, 3rd R has the most solid body ever)
12- Bee/A/3rd raikage
13- Bee/A/3rd raikage

14- Orochimaru (he is inmortal , his hydra mode is huge, he was a white snake and he had the best substitution jutsu)

15- Oonoki/Kisame (Oonoki can fly and has dust release, kisame has almost as chakra as a bijuu)

17- Hanzo/ Jiraiya (Hanzo had S/T ninjutsu and his poison was very dangerous, Jiraiya had SM and the best summons)

19- Kakashi/Gai (kakashi is the best anallytical ninja, he has Kamui and he is very Quick, Gai is the best taijutsu user)

This is my list of 25 strongest ninjas, maybe you'd think i'm overrating golden and silver brothers, but if you think about it, they can potentially beat even madara, that's why i put them there.

Kishi never said EMS Sasuke and BM Naruto were equal. He said that they will be equal. Maybe Sasuke will get a power-up where he goes with Orochimaru, who knows? So, i disagree with EMS Sasuke position. He is not top10. Same goes for Itachi. Other than that, it's not that bad eventhough i still disagree with some positions

i tried to stay on characters with feats, exept for hashirama, tey all have feats, that's why tobirama isn't in the list either

You count Kabuto's edos, yet he's not first? NOBODY can handle all of his edos. Also, I say Obito beats Madara, he has no way of getting hit! Muu without a doubt is better than Sasuke and Itachi, he has all the counters. Naruto is stronger than Sasuke. Minato should be above Sasuke and Itachi, they cannot hit him after all (of course I have other reasons). Sasori is EASILY better than Kisame, and he would beat the raikage's and B. A scratch does it, and they can't hit him when he takes to the air (iron sand). Kakuzu would certainly defeat Kakashi or Gai.
