Description: This technique gets initiated by the user crossing his hands above him. This prompts many air currents to gather around him, creating an hurricane surrounding his entire body. While clad in this "armor", users destructive power is boosted, allowing him to go into melee to perform wind-enhanced blows capable of shattering rock. With the hurricane preventing user to meet any wind resistance during movement and giving extra momentum speed is also increased and so is defense, with the currents moving around him being strong enough to repel enemies and prevent them from nearing him but the user is weak to fire in this state.

Alright, for this technique you cross your hands above your head in an x formation and focus wind chakra on the tip of your fingers spinning before making it bigger while moving it down your hands, your arms and eventually your whole body as you become cloaked in a suit of hurricane.
Once you've learned this, you will simply do the formation of your hands and air currents will gather around your body to form this armor. Try it.

As instructed I place my hands above my head in a X-form,gathering my chakra at my finger tips,I simply channel my chakra down my arms,to my torso all the way to my feet,allowing a hurricane like armor to form around me while im in there I can feel the air currents traveling fast

Great, now try blitzing so you appear behind me using your enhanced speed, move where you want to go but also let the hurricane guide you. You should feel alot faster and lighter in this state.

As intsructed,I swiftly run appearing behind,you but as im doing it Im allowing the chakra to flow around my body making me much lighter leaving the hurricane carry me the whole way.
