If you could create your own ninja, what would you call him? What jutsu would he know? Would he know already made jutsu? If you wanted him to have his own, what would it be like? What would you call it?
Would he/she use weapons? If so, what? What about clan? Would he be a part of any already known clans? Would you create your own? What would you call it and what are the details about it? Visual Eye jutsu? Bad past of wars? Alliances?
Throw some ideas out. I have a couple. I will post them if I get feedback!

Sakuto Uchiha. He possess a special Magenkyou sharingan techniques. Like he has Kamui and Amaterasu. His own jutsu would be Hell fire. A combination of lightning and fire. He's carry a really big sword with and it's split in half of it. He's Uchiha.
