Hmm, if she gets to know that Sasuke comes to the meeting, she definitely will come.

She may also take a finishing blow for sasuke from.. danzou. and die. Naruto will kill Danzou in anger then.

Seeing as how anbu type nin are now apparently everyone-and-their-brother-can-beat-them fodder nin, I won't be surprised if Sai and Sakura can just walk in there no problems. That is if the samurai are like that of the anbu-type nin.

sakura wouls win if they fight in direct combat but if sakura hides from karin she'll have a hard time.

i have a gut feelin that sakuras gonna follow to the kage summit cos she doesnt no wats good for her... somhow from somwere she'll find out that yamato(or yamamato nt sure) took naruto 2 the summt and she'll follow tryin 2 stop him from duin nethin stupid... she'll probably make sai rat on them

Sai is supposed to report to Danzo. I suppose he doesn't go if does it's via messenger bird, and goes if he has to do it in person. He's playing a pretty important role by keeping Naruto's adventure a secret.

Sakura has a priority to get Tsunade back from the brink of death. If she's alive, the jounin votes will keep her as the Hokage. Getting Kakashi to be Hokage is much harder at this point.
