I haven't seen this anime. From what you said, it seems like a rip-off of InuYasha. For that reason, I'd say I won't watch it. Rorouni Kenshin, Cowboy Bebop, FMA: Brotherhood, Fairy Tail, etc., take priority over this.
Also, how long is it?

It's not a completely rip off of Inyuyasha, it's seems more like the character dynamics & romance were inspired by Inyuyasha. However given the anime that you listed that your watching I wouldn't think it would fit your taste anyway.
