With A's speed & lightning armour and Bee's Kenjutsu & Jinchuriki skills on top of their matched strength, I think it'd be a perfect draw if they both went at it full power.

Bee might win, when he gets serious, he is amazing. Even when they were a lot younger, Bee was fast enough to react to Minato.

Ay seems to get angry too fast and make stupid moves.

I think this one would end in a draw. Sasuke was able to cut one of the 8-tails tentacle pretty easily, Ay should be able to do something similar. The TBB would be a problem, but since the Raikage was able to dogde Amaterasu, which is supposed to work instantly, I think he should be able to dodge the TBB. I think Bees swords would be useless against Ay IF Bee wouldn't be wielding Samehada, which would help Bee a great deal in this fight. It pretty much all comes down to how fast Bee can wield Samehada, if he's fast enough to dodge Ays attacks, and then drain his chakra, the match is his, however, if Ay can get past Samehada, I think he should be able to win.

Of course can you dodge TBB when you're second fastest person alive. If Bee transform to the 8 tails himself then it will just make it better for A to hit him.

Well, Lariat is supposed to be their deadliest move... and since Bee counteracted it, I think Bee takes this
A is stronger but his techniques are not like his fathers. His lightning surrounds all his body, he doesn't concentrate them in the fingertips like the Third Raikage used to.
And I wonder if lightning can pass through the corrosive chakra of a jinchuuriki... can't remember if that happened.

Killer Bee for two reasons:
1-Ay himself admitted, that Bee has more talent than him.
2-Bee won their last fight (in which we saw a flashback of one of Bee's dreams, to surpass Ay and obtain a stronger Lariat than him) and Bee had the stronger Lariat of the two.
