I think Naruto is stronger, purely because of his training and the help he's picked up from people.

Sasuke is just aggressive and manipulative, and reliant on his natural talent (sharingan), and so far it's worked out well for him. (well, in terms of achieving his goals and not dying in positions he should have died in)

But hard work always wins out in the end.

Ummm sasuke has never Manipulated anyone. If your talking about his current time, they all care for each other as a team, Sasuke told them the truth when they first got together as a team and they still joined him in his quest.

Sage mode wouldn't out do Sasukes EMS, and from what we've seen so far, Naruto in KM would beat Sasuke, but remember, we've seen very little of Sasukes new powers and abilities. You write of Ameratsu for being avoidable, but Sasuke is clever with it, remember mr Raikage, he lost his arm from it. Genjutsu can be used, it just has a very short time of effect. Look at Bee vs Sasuke and Itachi. The eight tails broke him out of it, but not instantly.
But I agree, Naruto at full strength, so far appears the stronger of the two. It really depends on how Sasuke develops his Susano, and wether his eyes can learn to follow the high speeds like Itachis Obitos and Madaras sharingan can
