Well according to the third databook, kakashi and sasuke both have a speed of 4.5 (look it up if u dont believe me)

But Kakashi definately has faster hand seals (and is awesomer - sasuke fans gunna hate )

That makes no sense. If Sasuke uses susanoo, he becomes as slow as a snail.

That was because Sasuke was low on chakra and he was almost totally blind. Also bear in mind that Kakashi does have better skill in taijutsu compared to Sasuke but that has nothing to do with speed.

Stop repeating that lie Bogard. Clearly you have been proven wrong by Turson yet you still repeat that same crap. Sasuke had trouble with Bee's speed because of Bee's unorthodox movements and the fact that he didn't fully recover from his previous battle with Itachi. Also bear in mind the strain the MS put on Sasuke caused his speed and reaction skills to slow down since he had to develop a tolerance for that pain.

OT: I'd say they are equal in foot speed and the data book supports my statement. Still if I were to vote on either one of them being faster, I'd say Sasuke.

it is Just Dull in the comparison with Such speed monsters like - Minato , The Raikages , Naruto and Might Guy .

And i actually never agreed with Turson. It was only his opinion, and i gave him my reasons why i think Sasuke couldn't handle Bee in V2. Hell even in V1, he only dodged one punch and you say he could keep up? That's why he needed Karin to actually localise his positions? Even base Bee shunshined them so fast, that Sasuke didn't even saw him moving

''Not even'' is a big word when A is the only one who have been able to dodge Bee's attack in tailed beast form, he stated that in the battle.

I'm not talking about the summoning, i'm talking about dodge Deidara's bombs generally. Even Deidara came to say he is fast even when he hates Sasuke.

I'm sure that if Kakashi was able to handle Hidan in close combat, then dodging a huge scale of fuuton attack in mid-air(while handling Hidan), and almost in a blind spot(surprised attack), then quickly come and save Choji and Shikamarus ass against Raiton gian, all that in quick succession, then it means that Kakashi is fast enough to dodge those attacks you're talking about:

Hell, Hidan even stated that Kakashi was the first one to dodge their combos, it shows how fast he is

Yes, even that one dodge is enough, considering that Sasuke himself said that although Bee is very fast, he moves only in linear fashion, therefore hes able to keep up with him with Sharingan. Sasuke asked Karin to keep an eye on Bee simply becuase Bee was hidden behind cloud of dust from the clash and Sasuke couldnt see him. Plus, like Icelerate said, Sasuke at that point was far from his top condition, since he was still recovering from his battle against Itachi.

And Kakashi is evade Bees speed
And I actually remember Sasuke getting hit by a Lariat, after he use the genjutsu on Bee during his fight
