Kakashi showed better speed skills than Sasuke .
Sasuke was overwhelmed by Bee's speed in v2 whereas kakashi was able to rivalize against 6 jins v2.

According to Kishimoto and manga facts, Kakashi is faster than Sasuke.

Killerbee never OVERWHEHLMED Sasuke. the reason Sasuke got murdered by Bee is because he underestimated him. Thats it. Sasuke felt like he was big and bad now that he had MS but he got owned cuz he underestimated Bee. btw Bee is the 8tails jinchuriki, and we know that the more tails the more powerful the tailed beast. Sasuke in part 1 was faster than Kyubi v1,and in shippuden Sasuke was able to dodge and fight against v1 and v2 Bee.

sasuke's shushin speed when he almost killed diedra in one shot, sasukes shuriken shootout with itachi, sasuke dodging a punch from the raikage, sasuke running up on naruto when they met up. Overall sasuke has more feats of great speed than kakashi. kakashi has great hand seal speed from the shringan (but sasuke has the sharingan also and is capable of it also)

I'd say Sasuke. He was able to dodge Killer Bee's beast punch and he said that Sasuke was the second person to be able to do that.

I think they are both even. None have any speed feats over the other.

Kakashi did this. Keep in mind the noise that Raikiri makes along with the fact that at the time, Kakuzu was a more experienced shinobi than Naruto, Yamato, Sai and "She who I won't consider". One instant he was behind the tree and out of site, and next he was at Kakuzu's back.

Kakashi also did this, where a Sharingan user (Obito) mentioned he was fast.

That's your own biased opinion not manga fact.So Sasuke didn't use his full speed and that's why he coulnd't handle Bee in v2? Cool story bro.

Any smart and neutral member would say Kakashi is faster, he has better feats,hype and facts shows that Kakashi was doing good against jinchurickis in v2 mode.I don't see Sasuke fight in perfect timing with gai at 6th gate.

If Gai opened 6th gate it's to increase his speed and strehngh because he knew that jinchurikis in v2 are no joke, Kakashi's speed clearly above Sasuke.......

It's really simple. Kakashi and Gai were going in together.
The point of that was to attack WITH each other. Not have one go in and have it be 6v1 so they could just get their ass kicked. It wasn't like stealth was needed when Kakashi and Gai were RIGHT in front of the beasts and Obito.

He couldn't fight at top speed because he never healed himself after his fight with Itachi? Maybe you need to read the manga more closely.

You gotta be kidding me not only Tobi took care of Sasuke and it's many day s after Itachi's fight.Not to mension that he was healed again and again by Karin during the fight.

^ During his fight with Bee? No. He was not healed fully from his fight with Itachi, so he wasn't at his full potential at the beginning. Tobi didn't do anything. Sasuke only rested for perhaps two days. And given the intensity of the the fight, I seriously doubt any human being would heal fully in such a short period. Only at the end of the fight with Bee did he get fully recovered with Jugo used up his Chakra to replenish Sasuke's. Yeah, I think I've read the manga.

Sasuke. His shunshin no jutsu and speed was complimented several times, though Kakashi is fast as well but I don't remember any speed feats of him.
